1. No Refund Policy
- Once a donation is made through our website or offline channels, it is considered final and will not be refunded.
- This policy is in line with standard practices followed by NGOs, as donations are immediately allocated to ongoing charitable activities.
- We request you to carefully review the donation amount and campaign before proceeding.
2. Errors in Donation
If you believe a technical error or duplicate payment has occurred, please contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with transaction details. We will investigate and respond accordingly.
3. Tax Exemption – 80G
Rishi Foundation is registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. This means:
- All eligible donations are tax-deductible up to 50% of the donated amount.
- Donors can request a digital 80G receipt and donation certificate.
4. How to Claim 80G Receipt
To receive your 80G certificate, please send an email to [email protected] with the following details:
- Full Name
- Donation Amount
- Transaction ID / UTR / Receipt
- PAN Number (for 10BE certificate)
- Postal or Email Address
